Via: CBSNews

The interpretations of the theoretical understanding of cultural identities and the way race related concerns gets developed in human population. The determined theories for this purpose are Hofstede Cultural Dimensions, Critical Race Theory, Balanced Identity Theory and Multiculturalism Hypothesis. It is necessary to understand all these theories on the basis of gaining insight into the behavioural and psychological mindset of people from two different communities – Africans (black) and the Swedish population in Sweden. The interconnection between these two different cultures are highly recognised on global platform. However, there are instances of intolerance for the Africans (black) in Sweden. The increasing count of Africans (black) in Sweden is creating an existential threat to the original Swedish population (Neuding, 2018; Kantor, 2018; Robinson and Käppeli, 2018). The aforementioned theories offers logical analysis for gaining the reasons and causes of intolerance. These theories are will deal in clarifying issues of identity and the thread to establish multicultural establishment, for a better and peaceful Sweden.

Hofstede Cultural Dimensions

The knowledge about the differences between two cultures is a very critical aspect to know (Griffith, et al 2008).

1. INTRODUCTION
It is a very popular belief that Women are always underestimated by many. However it is also in trend of getting them underrepresented in undergraduate engineering programs. These programs are mostly those related to computers. As focussed by G. Blanch and I. Rhodes (pp. 1-6, 1974), women mostly are found dropping out of engineering programs when they become frustrated and very heavily demoralised by low exam scores that she scores. Though this should not be the scene, yet it is prevailing all over and more and more women are passive of choosing a line in the engineering stream, especially one with the computers.

Withdrawal of Statement or Confession: Case of Simon

In reference to the case of Arrest and Detention of Simon, it is a clear note of misuse of power by the police department and violation of English Law of England and Wales. It is noticed that Simon has been tortured to the limits by detention 15 hours at a stress and was forced to say that he is connected with the drug dealer. In such an instance, Simon can definitely file a case to withdraw his statement, or the so-called confession.
At the foremost level any arrests under the regulation of English law is not possible without a warrant or any prior information (as noted in Police and Criminal Evidence Act of 1984, Section 28). Simon was here grabbed and put into the police car without any intimation. It is on his way to the police station that he was informed of being accused of dealing with drugs dealer. This is absolutely unlawful.
Though under Police and Criminal Evidence Act of 1984, Section 24A offer space for arrest without warrant, still it protects the arrestee from any ‘sufferance from physical injury’ in the second point.

In the development of Germany’s international relations over the whole period 1890-1990, how far can the Second World War be seen as a key turning point?
