If it’s about a Tiger vs a Cat, then anyone can predict the outcome. How about a Tiger vs a Lion? Well, that deserves a deep thought.

Consider a duel between Batman and Captain America, it will be a fight of the millennium. Just thinking how these superheroes would counter each other will give an adrenaline rush to their fans. With their superhuman abilities and super-strength, each having their fighting style and strategy, it will be difficult to imagine who will emerge as the winner. Will Batman win or will Captain America prevail, it feels like a million-dollar question that deserves an explicit countdown.

5 Reasons Batman Would Win Against Captain America

5/5 Bat-tech against Captain America

Starting with the batsuit, bat-mobile, bat drones, bombs, grapplers, stun guns, Batarang, gas mask, grandees, bat cams, skimmer, Batman has it all. His bat computer informs him about the opponent’s weaknesses. Recall Death Stroke.

In an encounter with Captain America, Batman’s numerously armored bat-suit can withstand those heavy punches of Captain America. Batman will use smoke grenades to hinder Captain America's vision. Then, with the thermal view of the batsuit and his super agility, Batman would surely defeat Captain America.

4/5 Super Strategies against Captain America

Remember how Batman motivated the Green Lanter Corp and how he managed to counter Superman in Insurgency. Using his strategic thinking he was able to wipe out the Joker and his Henchmen.

As for Captain America, he follows the orders of his superiors. As such, when Batman and Captain America face each other as adversaries, Batman will be much faster in designing a strategy to defeat Captain America, and in war superior strategy and fast think always lead to victory. The winner is Batman.

3/5 Pains made Batman Stronger

As a child, Bruce Wayne was his parents being shot to death. He suffered innumerable personal losses and pains. Remember Bane. Still, he keeps bouncing back. These personal pains and vows turned Bruce Wayne into Batman. The death of Jason Todds forged Wayne’s will into something that could not be defeated.

Captain America never experienced such excruciating circumstances and until he receives the Super Serum, his life has been ordinary. Thus, when it comes to withstanding mentally, Batman will be the winner.

2/5 Extreme Fighting Skills

With the vow to eradicate crime from Gotham, Bruce Wayne devoted his entire time to learn various martial arts and fighting skills. Bruce Wayne had perfected his mind and body to evolve as Batsman.

On the other hand, in a single day, Steve Rogers became Captain America after receiving the Super Serum - no masters, no rigid training, no failures as stepping stones. It was just a chemical that made him Super Human. So, Batman can defeat Captain America, any day.

1/5 Batman’ Valet

After the tragic death of his parents, it was Alfred Pennyworth, the valet of the Wayne family guided and mentored Bruce Wayne. Alfred not only raised Bruce but also aided Bruce to raise his most trusted partner, Robin. Alfred remains Batman’s moral and tactical support.

Unfortunately, Steve Rogers never had such a mentor, rather lost Bucky Barnes for being Captain America. Further, after being frozen since 1945 for 66 years, he lost all his friends who truly cared about him. So, with Alfred’s support, defeating Captain America is a piece of cake for Batman.

5/5 Indestructible Vibranium

Vibranium shield of Captain America can withstand any force, even deflects tank shell. It survived Thor's hammer and shots from the scepter of Loki. Not only defense, but it can also be used as a weapon that can deliver force equivalent to being hit by a speeding car.

Though Batman has high-tech gadgets at his disposal, the Vibranium shield will always have an edge. This shield can tip the balance in favor of Captain America if he fights Batman and make Captain America the winner.

4/5 Tactical Military Training

Steve Rogers was being trained by the American Military. After receiving the Super Serum, he was actively used by the military against Hydra. Under military leadership, he became a lethal killing machine that can take out the enemy in the blink of an eye.

Batman on the other hand has been self-trained under martial art Gurus. He had not seen battlefields and cannot compete with the fighting intuitions of Captain America. When it comes to killing the enemy, Captain America has the upper edge over Batman.

3/5 Strength and Endurance

The Super Serum designed by Dr. Abraham Erskine enhances the body tissues adding muscles with high endurance capabilities. Such muscles never suffer fatigue and their strength gets multiplied many folds by the Super Serum. Hence, Captain America can bench press 'tons' without breaking a sweat.

Bruce Wayne has trained his body to the pinnacle of human fitness. His body has limits. Hence, when fighting is prolonged, Captain American can always win due to his strength and lasting endurance.

2/5 Speed and Enhanced Senses

As Captain America, Steve Rogers attains a perfect physique and superhuman speed. He can catch up with speeding vehicles and even surprised Quick Silver plus hit Thanos. With super tuned senses to detect the smallest changes in the environment, he remains constantly aware of his surroundings.

Batman does not possess these powers, though he trained himself to be fast and extremely agile. But, he is still not a superhuman. He cannot match the enhanced abilities of Captain America and will be defeated in a fight.

1/5 Goodness and Righteousness

Dr. Abraham Erskine's serum amplified all that was inside Steve Rogers. It even amplified the purity in his heart. He became a symbol of hope for the desperate.

On the contrary, Bruce Wayne had known pain all his life. The losses he faced and the vows of vengeance he took created darkness within. Such is the pain that sometimes the darkness overcomes his goodness. Surely, good always prevails over darkness and in a fight between Captain America and Batman, it will be no exception.
